Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited announced it has secured an order worth Rs 4,76,13,000.00 from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways, for the manufacturing, supply, and installation of 50 sets of “one coach set of seats & berths,” with a completion deadline of December 31, 2026. According to the company, payment will be structured with up to 80% paid upon proof of inspection and provisional receipt, and the remaining 20% along with installation charges due after acceptance and installation certification. The order does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in ICF.
